Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request a cancellation under the following conditions:

A. Before Order Processing

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 1–2 hours of placing the order if it has not yet entered processing or shipment stage.
  2. To cancel, please contact our customer support immediately at [email/phone] with your Order ID.

B. After Order Processing

  1. Once the order has been packed, processed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
  2. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the item.

2. Cancellation of Prepaid Orders

  1. If cancellation is approved before the order is shipped, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
  2. Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Cancellation of Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders

  1. COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  2. Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on placing new COD orders.

4. Cancellation by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  1. Product out of stock or unavailable.
  2. Incorrect pricing or product information.
  3. Payment issues or failed verification.
  4. Orders flagged as fraudulent or suspicious.
  5. Delivery location not serviceable.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly and full payment will be refunded for prepaid orders.

5. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain categories may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is placed, including:

  1. Seeds, perishable agri-products, or items sensitive to storage.
  2. Customized or special-order products.
  3. Bulk/wholesale orders prepared specially on request.
