3. Product Information

All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment for orders can be made securely through our payment partner Razorpay.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

We are not responsible for any transaction failures due to network issues, bank errors, or incorrect payment details.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not been shipped.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products across India through trusted logistics partners.

Delivery times vary by location and are typically between 3–10 business days.

Any delay due to courier issues, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances does not make us liable for compensation.

You must provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may result in failed deliveries or additional shipping charges.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after product verification.

Refunds, once approved, are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Seeds and agricultural products once opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.

You agree:

- To use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

- Not to misuse, copy, or distribute our content without permission.

- Not to attempt unauthorized access, hacking, or disruption of services.

- To provide accurate information when registering or purchasing.
